Return Policy
Mr. Chips carries a 30 day refund policy from the date of purchase. Returns for Credit will not be issued unless a Return Authorization Number accompanies the Return and the Returned product(s) is in its original, unopened, undamaged package. All Returns MUST be received no more than 30 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mr. Chips, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping charges associated with an Authorized Return. No Credit will be issued regardless of the circumstances unless these terms are met. All Credits issued for returns will be applied to the credit card originally used for purchase. If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date to discuss Credit or replacement options. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization.
Shipping Policies
All standard orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of the date of sale (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Expedited orders need to be placed before 12 p.m. CST Monday-Friday for same day shipping. If an expedited order is placed after 12 p.m., it will be shipped next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Standard or ground delivery times are estimated and subject to carrier delays caused by network issues or inclement weather. Orders shipping by truck will not be guaranteed for same day shipment. Mr. Chips, Inc. will not ship to a P.O. Box for any reason. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. We reserve the right to select shipping Companies for the most efficient and timely delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Freight quotes are available upon request.
For international orders, please note the following. Each destination country charges customs clearance, duty and administrative fees on shipments containing dutiable items. Dutiable means that an item is subject to local taxes. We do not have any way of knowing if an item is dutiable in your country. Please contact your local authorities for additional information. The recipient is responsible for any and all customs, duty or brokerage fees due upon delivery. Please note: All shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Notice: Free Shipping for orders over $50. This offer only applies to the lower 48 states and ground service only. This offer does not apply to any destinations outside the continental US. Free Shipping does not apply to plush promotions, stockings, XL or XXL Raffle Drums, or high-volume orders exceeding 60 lbs.
Prices and Terms
All prices exclude shipping charges. All international orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless alternative payment terms have been arranged. Please contact Customer Service to arrange an international shipment.
Order Minimum Policy
We understand our customers may occasionally wish to place smaller orders. However, we must ask each customer to observe our $24.95 minimum order requirement. Freight charges do not apply towards minimum. We encourage you to support our policies so that we can continue to offer a wide selection at great prices.
Taxes
Customers shipping to an Illinois destination are liable for Illinois Sales Tax unless a Resale Certificate is provided to Mr. Chips, Inc.
